Hey Ron! Here is the latest update on the progress of the website.
Firstly, the homepage layout is falling into place – the big thing I want to point out is that there are currently two hero sections that have a slightly different format: the first one provides music samples, if you want that I can add samples of your favorites right there. If not, the second copy shows you my second idea: the quick about content in place of the samples. Let me know what you think you might like best! Other than that, there are options for content but they can, of course, be omitted as well. For example, the text content under each “venture.”
Next: the menu shows links to pages I have ready to show to you. Allegro Quartet page is nearly completed; I think the only things left are the background photo at the top of the page, and the overlay picture to the video – that is currently one of the Lake Michigan pictures, which is currently filler but I really like it and want it somewhere on your site 🙂
The main part of my work that I have been working hard on is the store aspect of your site. In the menu/navigation bar, click on the Voice of Love page. Currently the samples are filler, so please disregard that they are currently full length songs and also not songs from the album – we are just going for layout and overall setup. As you can see, there is the first option, which is to buy the full album, and then just below that will be the option to buy singles. This is the best way that I have found to make it happen. When we talk on a call I will explain some of the complexity regarding products and how they show up, and why this is my current best option.
Last note: the about page is just about together and looking nice, in my opinion 🙂 please let me know if you concur!
